We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with its receipt/invoice within 21 days of purchase.

A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item shown on the receipt/invoice.

For debit/credit card refunds, the refund can only be made to the original debit/credit card used at purchase. Otherwise the purchase will be refunded way of a WorkSpirit UK Limited Credit Note which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

All major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted for payment.
